Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the Borough
of Greymouth

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of December 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 0·7 perch.
Being Section 474, Town of Greymouth (formerly Section 434 and part Sections 432 and 430 and Crown land, Town of Greymouth), and being the land in Proclamation No. 642, Westland Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Greymouth.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of November 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of December 1954.
