A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for soil-conservation and river-control purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of November 1954.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 28·6 perches.

Being Lot 7, D.P. 15133, being part Paremata 11, Subdivisions 4A and 4B, and Old Bed Rangiuru Creek, situated in the Borough of Otaki, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 581, folio 233, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of November 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of November 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 39·7 perches.

Being part Lot 17, D.P. 7211, being part Wharekawa No. 2 Block.

Situated in Block V, Wharekawa Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38573.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144977 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of November 1954.
