Land Taken for a Public School in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of November 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 20·1 perches.
Being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 3647, being part Section 1, Kaiwarra District.
Situated in the City of Wellington, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 248, folio 170, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of November 1954.
