Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Blenheim

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of November 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 35·3 perches.
Being Lot 3, D.P. 2040, being part of Section 27, District of Omaka.
Situated in the Borough of Blenheim, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 51, folio 85, Marlborough Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of November 1954.
