Available for Reservation Under the Land Act 1948

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing
Amendment Act 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles
Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be
Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
Lots 557 and 558, Deposited Plan No. 4783, being
part Section 6 and closed road, Block I, Invercargill Hundred:
Area, 13 acres and 32·6 perches, more or less. Part certificates
of title, Volume 166, folio 240, and Volume 168, folio 11.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of November 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act 1948.

hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 22nd day of November 1954.
