Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the City of Timaru

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of November 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre 1 rood 33·1 perches.
Being Lots 71 to 78 (both inclusive), D.P. 17440, being part Rural Section 2947, and formerly being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 547, folio 222, Canterbury Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Timaru.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of October 1954.
