Public Reserve Set Apart for the Use, Convenience, or
Enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in
Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of November 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the public reserve set apart: 1 acre 2 roods 20Β·6 perches.

Being Lot 14, D.P. 30135, being part Allotment 18, Parish of Manurewa, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 449, folio 228, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of October 1954.

Leeston Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of November 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the public reserve set apart: 3 acres 3 roods.

Being Section 3, Reserve 1049.

Situated in Block II, Leeston Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 7457.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144695 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of October 1954.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of November 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 1Β·6 perches.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 17078, being part Reserve 4711.

Situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of October 1954.
