A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a mental hospital; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of November 1954.

0 2 32·8 Part Section 1282R, Block IV, Waikouaiti District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 221, folio 251, Otago Land Registry.
