A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 31·4 perches.
Being Lot 11, D.P. S.2024, being part Allotment 545, Town of Cambridge East, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 551, folio 241, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Cambridge.
