A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land:-
A. R. P.
Being
0 1 3 Railway land, being Lot 1, D.P. 4350, being part
Rural Section 61, and being all the land comprised
and described in certificate of title, Volume 297,
folio 151 (Canterbury Registry).
0 0 17 Railway land, being Lot 21, D.P. 883, being part
Rural Section 61, and being all the land comprised
and described in certificate of title, Volume 144,
folio 25 (Canterbury Registry).
Both situated in the Borough of Akaroa.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 29th day of September 1954.

Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare
the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 1 rood.
Being Section 13, Block XIII, Town of Tolaga Bay.
Situated in Block XII, Uawa Survey District, Gisborne
R.D. (S.O. 248.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135672
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 30th day of September 1954.

Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare
the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 12 acres and 30 perches.
Being Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 7955, being Sections 2 and 4,
and part Section 3, Block XXIV, Town of Roxburgh, and
being part of the land comprised and described in certificates
of title, Volume 81, folios 104 and 189, Otago Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Roxburgh.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 30th day of September 1954.
