A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 15-06 perches.
Being closed street adjoining Town Section 699R, Napier, Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 5319, being part Town Section 628, Napier, and Lot 672, D.P. 2311, being parts Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block, and Town Section 628, Napier.
Situated in the City of Napier, and being the whole of the land in Proclamation No. 115233, Hawke’s Bay R.D. (S.O. 2735.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142811 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
