A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 26Β·2 perches.
Being Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block XLIV, Town of Dunedin, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 142, folio 22, Otago Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Dunedin.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of September 1954.
