A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken, subject to the drainage and pipe-line rights
over part created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 367692,
Wellington Land Registry, for an automatic telephone
exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 9-39
perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 16767, being part Section 7, Hutt
District, and being the whole of the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Volume 605, folio 170,
Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Petone.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare

for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1954.
