A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 30·2 perches.
Being Lots 22, 23, 24, and 25, D.P. 15208, being part Rural Section 1140, and formerly being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title Volume 334, folio 51, Canterbury Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Christchurch.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of September 1954.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1954.

Being Section 37, Block XXXIV, Hutt Valley Settlement. Situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, City of Lower Hutt, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 acres.
Being Section 51 of the Town of Hampden (more commonly known as the Town of Murchison), situated in Block I, Tutaki Survey District, and being the whole of the land in Proclamation No. 1829, Nelson Land Registry.
