A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
for railway purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:

0 1 28 Lots 1 and 12, D.P. 3137 and part Lot 15, Block III,
D.P. 1237, being part Section 2, Block IV, Lindhurst
Hundred, and being the whole of the land comprised
and described in certificate of title, Volume 179,
folio 281 (Southland Land Registry).
0 0 30·9 Lot 11, D.P. 3137, being part Section 2, Block IV,
Lindhurst Hundred, and being the whole of the
land comprised and described in certificate of title,
Volume 148, folio 35 (Southland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Government
Railways Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles
Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day
of October 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart 1 rood 39·5 perches.
Being part Lot 22, Block II, D.P. 280, being part Run 301B,
Block I, Manapouri Survey District, and being part land in certificate
of title, Volume 153, folio 185, and being land subject to the Tourist
and Health Resorts Control Act 1908, and vested in Her Majesty
the Queen.
Situated in Wallace County. (S.O. 6175.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12954, deposited in the
office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange, edged orange.

housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1954.
