Appointment of Fendalton Domain Board Revoked, and Waimairi County Council Appointed Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Board appointed to have control of the Fendalton Domain by Order in Council published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 8th day of July 1948, and further, appoints the Waimairi County Council to be the Domain Board in respect of the Fendalton Domain, being the land more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.
