PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby appoints
The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Taranaki
Land District, ex officio,
William Francis Baker,
Francis Simon Fabish,
Jack Kapinga McClutchie,
Alfred Charles Smith,
William Arthur Daniel Smith,
Skipper Tuta, and
Allan Francis Waters
to be the Urenui Pa Scenic Board to have control of the
reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the
provisions of the said Act, as a scenic and historic reserve.

Appointment of Deputy Licensing Authority
PURSUANT to section 88 of the Transport Act 1949, the
