A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Government Railways Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

0 1 24 Lots 159 and 160, D.P. S. 1267, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1070, folio 91 (Auckland Registry).
1 0 0 Lots 175, 176, 177, 178, and 179, D.P. S. 1268, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1070, folio 246 (Auckland Registry).
All situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District, Borough of Tauranga.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of September 1954.

Altering the Boundaries of the Feilding Milk District (Notice No. Ag. 5732)

Present:
His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby alters the boundaries of the Feilding Milk District, constituted by Order in Council dated the 27th day of June 1945, by including therein that portion of the Oroua County more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area, being portion of the Oroua County bounded by a line commencing at a point on the right bank of the Oroua River in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 12, Aorangi Settlement, Block XIV, Oroua Survey District; thence proceeding south-easterly to and along that boundary to the easternmost corner of the said Section 12, along a right line to the northernmost corner of Section 59, Subdivision C, Manchester Block, situated in Block III, Kairanga Survey District, and along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 59 and its production to the northern side of the Ashhurst-Bunnythorpe Road; thence south-westerly along a right line to the southernmost corner of Section 56, Subdivision C, Manchester Block, situated in Block VII, Kairanga Survey District; thence north-westerly along Stoney Creek Road to and along the Palmerston North β New Plymouth railway to its intersection with the right bank of the Oroua River; thence north-easterly up the right bank of that river to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked N.Z.M.B. 1/156, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Milk Board, Wellington, and thereon edged yellow.

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the South Otago Milk District Constitution Order 1952, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the South Otago Metropolitan Milk District Constitution Order 1952* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

Clause 1 of the principal order is hereby amended by omitting the word 'Metropolitan'.

Clause 2 of the principal order is hereby amended by omitting the words 'the Boroughs of Balclutha and Kaitangata', and substituting the words 'the Boroughs of Balclutha, Kaitangata, and Milton as from time to time constituted'.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Main North Road in the City of Christchurch, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 15 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1953 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Christchurch City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 144419, referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance of 40 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, containing by admeasurement 33Β·8 perches, more or less, being part Rural Section 308.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144419 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 15 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1953 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the New Plymouth City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 34 to 40 (inclusive), Lots 46 to 55 (inclusive), and Lots 58 and 59 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 144415, referred to in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of 35 ft. from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Taranaki Land District, City of New Plymouth, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 4625, being part Section 8, Grey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144415 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
