A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 39·85 perches.
Being Lot 68, D.P. 19195, being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 943, folio 66, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of September 1954.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of September 1954.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 33·3 perches.
Being Lot 102, D.P. S. 1628, being part Section 46, Suburbs of Rotorua, being originally part of the Pukeroa-o-Ruawahata Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 658, folio 265 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Rotorua.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of September 1954.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of September 1954.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land to be set apart: 1 rood 23·7 perches.
Being Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 4011, being part Section 15, Block XXIII, Town of East Gore, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 165, folio 259 (Southland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of September 1954.
