P URSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County, commencing at the south-western corner of Te Aute A No. 5D Block, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 120 chains, and terminating 225·5 links north of the south-eastern corner of part Waima South E No. 2 Block (M.L. 13209).
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144034, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Patangata County, known as Hautope Farm Settlement Road, commencing at a point near the southernmost corner of Section 5, Block IX, Oero Survey District, being the end of the present County Road; thence proceeding generally easterly for a distance of 1 mile 55 chains measured along the middle of the road. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144058, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block VI, Omapere Survey District, Bay of Islands County, commencing at the south-western corner of Allotment 105, Okaihau Parish, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 42 chains. (S.O. 38071.) Also all that portion of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block VI, Omapere Survey District, Bay of Islands County, commencing at the easternmost corner of Section 18, Block VI, Omapere Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 11 chains.
