A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of August 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 28 perches. Being part stream bed. Situated in Block XI, Waiau Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 6010.) In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143751, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of August 1954.
