A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of August 1954.

P. 0 0 2·5 Part Section 13, Right Bank Wanganui River Orange. 0 3 25·6 Part Lot 11, D.P. 2893, being part Section 13, Right Bank Wanganui River Blue. 0 1 18·6 Parts Section 12, Right Bank Wanganui River Orange. 0 1 15·9 " Blue. 0 1 4·2 " Sepia. 0 1 30·3 " Blue. 0 0 34 " " 0. 0. 32·9 " " Situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District. (S.O. 23078.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144057, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of August 1954.

Land Taken for Street, Street Extension, and a Service Lane in the City of Lower Hutt [L.S.] C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street extension, that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of August 1954. FIRST SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for street: 1 rood 13·3 perches. Being Lot 6, D.P. 17143, being part Section 25, Hutt District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 372, folio 76, and Volume 372, folio 79 (Wellington Land Registry). SECOND SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken for street extension: A. R. P. Being 0 0 14·31 Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 17143, being part Section 25, Hutt District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 372, folio 76 (Wellington Land Registry). 0 0 14·47 Lot 10, D.P. 17143, being part Section 25, Hutt District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 372, folio 79 (Wellington Land Registry). THIRD SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for a service lane: 3·9 perches. Being Lot 2, D.P. 17143, being part Section 25, Hutt District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 372, folio 76 (Wellington Land Registry).
All situated in the City of Lower Hutt.
