All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the middle of the mouth of the Waiwera River and running southerly generally along the line of mean high water along the shores of the Hauraki Gulf to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 37, Parish of Okura, in Block XVI, Waiwera Survey District; thence westerly and then southerly generally along the boundaries of the Borough of East Coast Bays, as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 13 of the 25th day of February 1954, page 291, to and along the boundaries of the Borough of Takapuna, as hereinbefore described, to the line of mean high water along the shores of Shoal Bay in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District; thence south-westerly along that line of mean high water, to and up the middle of a stream, to and along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Lot 57 on D.P. 21894, being parts of Allotments 39 and 40, Parish of Takapuna, and along a right line across Lot 91 on D.P. 21894 aforesaid, being parts of Allotments 40 and 48, Takapuna Parish aforesaid, to the eastern corner of Lot 41 on the said D.P. 21894, being parts of the said Allotment 48 and of Allotment 47; thence again southerly generally along the south-western boundaries of that Lot 1, of another part of the said Allotment 96, and along a right line across the intersection of Pupuke, Ocean View, and Raleigh Roads, to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 1 on D.P. 2659, being part Allotment 9, the eastern and southern boundaries of Allotment 8, and along the eastern side of Kauri Glen Road to Onewa Road; thence easterly along the northern side of that last-mentioned road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 56, and southerly and then westerly along a right line across Onewa Road aforesaid to and along the eastern and southern boundaries of the said Allotment 56 to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 12 on Deeds Plan 220, being part of the aforesaid Allotment 56; thence northerly along a right line to and along the western boundaries of the said Lot 12 and of Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 22 on Deeds Plan 220 aforesaid, being parts of the aforesaid Allotment 56, to Onewa Road aforesaid; thence northerly along that western side, to and westerly along the northern side of Glen Avenue, to and along the southern boundary of Lot 3 on D.P. 7105 and the southern and western boundaries of Lot 4 on D.P. 317, both lots being parts of Allotment 121, to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence westerly along the northern boundary of part of the aforesaid Allotment 121 shown on D.P. 317 aforesaid, and along a right line being that boundary produced across Victoria Road East, and through Allotment 127 to the eastern boundary of Lot 7 on D.P. 41442, being part of Allotment 128; thence northerly along that eastern boundary, along a right line across a stream, to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 16 on Deeds Plan 256, being part of the aforesaid Allotment 128, the eastern boundary of parts of Allotments 128 and 129 shown on D.P. 904 (part of which passes through Lots 2 and 1 on D.P. 21495), to and along the eastern side of Vermont Road and along a right line across Eskdale Road, to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 7 on Deeds Plan T.30, being part of Allotment 131, the aforesaid allotments all being of the Parish of Takapuna aforesaid, to the line of mean high water of an arm of the Kaipatiki Creek; thence generally westerly and then southerly along the line of mean high water along the generally north-eastern banks of the Kaipatiki Creek aforesaid, the eastern and north-western banks of Hellyers Creek, the shores of the Waitemata Harbour and the left bank of the Whau River, to the easternmost corner of Lot 1 on D.P. 31647, being part of Allotment 89, Parish of Waikomiti, in Block III, Titirangi Survey District; thence still southerly generally along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of that Lot 1, the north-western boundaries of parts Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, and Lot 8 on D.P. 11169, being parts of the said Allotment 89, Lots 64, 63, and 59, the abutment of Carlisle Road, and Lots 39 and 18, the aforesaid lots being shown on D.P. 19388 and being parts of Allotment 89 aforesaid, along the abutment of Riverview Road, the north-western boundary of Lot 1 on D.P. 35549, and the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 7 on D.P. 35549 aforesaid, both lots being parts of the aforesaid Allotment 89, and along a right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of Lynwood Road; thence along the middle of that road to and westerly along the middle of the Great North Road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of part Allotment 161, Parish of Waikomiti aforesaid; thence along a right line to and along that north-western boundary and the north-western boundary of Allotment 468, Waikomiti Parish aforesaid, to the westernmost corner of that last-mentioned allotment; thence westerly, southerly, and then easterly along the boundaries of the Borough of Glen Eden, as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 17 of the 26th day of March 1953, page 499, to the southern corner of part Allotment 141, Waikomiti Parish, shown on D.P. 21565; thence still easterly generally along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 138, Waikomiti Parish aforesaid, being a right line through Lots 6, 2, and 4 on D.P. 32381, to Titirangi Road, and along another right line across that road to the westernmost corner of Lot 9 on D.P. 17352, being part of Section 5 of Block XI, Hetana Hamlet; thence along the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 9, of Section 7 of the said Block XI, and of Lot 9 on D.P. 37664, being part of Section 12 of Block XI aforesaid, and along a right line across West Lynn Road, to and along the south-western boundary of Section 2A of Block XII, Hetana Hamlet aforesaid, and the southern boundaries of Lots 6 and 7 on D.P. 40481, being parts of Section 3 of the aforesaid Block XII, to and along the western side of Parker Avenue to a point in line with the middle of Hutchinson Avenue; thence along a right line to and along the middle of Hutchinson Avenue aforesaid, to and along the middle of Arahoie Road, to and along the north-western and western boundaries of Allotment 270, Waikomiti Parish aforesaid, and the western boundary of Lot 4 on D.P. 351, being part of Allotment 280, Waikomiti Parish aforesaid, and along a right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of Golf Road; thence along the middle of that road to the middle of Portage Road; thence southerly along the middle of the last-mentioned road, to and up the Avondale Stream, to and along the western side of Portage Road aforesaid to the Manukau Harbour; thence westerly and then northerly generally along the line of mean high water along the shores of the Manukau Harbour and the Tasman Sea to the Kaipara Harbour; thence easterly generally along the line of mean high water along the southern.
