A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 39·79 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 41554, and being the whole of the land in Proclamation 13994 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1954.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of August 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 rood 6·74 perches.
Being Section 261, Right Bank Wanganui River, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 597, folio 116 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Wanganui.
