Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of August 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 10 acres.
Being Reserve 320.
Situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of July 1954.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of August 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 6.1 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 4255, being part Section 30.
Situated in Block VIII, Jacobs River Hundred (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 6093.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143712, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the portion of stopped Government road described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 2 roods 39.4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 1 of 13, 14 and 2 of 15.
Situated in Block I, Otokia Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 10800.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 32633, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
