A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of August
1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods
2.9 perches.
Being closed street adjoining Sections 18 to 21 (inclusive),
part Section 16, and part Section 22, Wakari Survey
District, and part Sections 6 and 7, Block X, Dunedin
and East Taieri Survey District.
Situated in the City of Dunedin. (Otago R.D.). (S.O.
11812.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143700,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured green.

Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare

for water supply purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of August 1954.
