Land Taken in Connection With Street Widening in the City
of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street widening, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of July 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 28.42 perches.

Being Lots 67, 68, and 69, D.P. 8007, being part Section 6, Harbour District.

Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 23076.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143730, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of July 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 30·3 perches.

Being Lot 290, D.P. 6828, being part Sections 74 and 75, Ocean Beach District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 355, folio 44 (Otago Land Registry).

Situated in the City of Dunedin.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 32 perches.

Being Reserve 4397, and being formerly Lot 16, D.P. 11204, being part Rural Section 44, and being the whole of the land in Proclamation No. 342010 (Canterbury Land Registry).

Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134180, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
