Land Taken in the Borough of Ellerslie for a Centre and for Facilities for the Physical Training, Exercise, Sport, and Recreation of the Inhabitants of the Borough of Ellerslie

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and the Physical Welfare and Recreation Act 1937, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a centre and for facilities for the physical training, exercise, sport, and recreation of the inhabitants of the Borough of Ellerslie, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Ellerslie as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of July 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 24 perches.
Being part Lot 84 of a subdivision of Allotment 7 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 877, folio 36. (Limited as to parcels.) (Auckland Land Registry.)
Situated in the Borough of Ellerslie.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of July 1954.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school (teacherโs residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of July 1954.

Being part Lot 3, D.P. S.687, being part Allotments 155 and 156, Te Rapa Parish.
Situated in Block VI, Hamilton Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36620.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143741, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
