Public Reserves Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserves described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of July 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the public reserves set apart:
A. R. P. Being
0 1 29 Reserve 4078, being Lot 17, D.P. 6452, and being part Rural Section 6755.
0 3 1.3 Road Reserve, being Lot 3, D.P. 6452, and being parts Rural Sections 7655 and 5838.
Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of July 1954.

Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for the Development of Water Power (Khandallah Substation) in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for the development of water power (Khandallah Substation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of July 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 3.94 perches. Being part Lot 17, D.P. 13918, being part Section 7, Harbour District. Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 23111.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143490, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of July 1954.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Arapuni Scheme).

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

0 1 0 Lot 120, Section 9, Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 827, folio 283 (Auckland Land Registry).
0 1 39.82 Lots 145 and 146, Section 9, Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 976, folio 103 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of July 1954.
