THE eastern side of all that street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Gudgeon Street, fronting Lots 13 and 33 of a subdivision of portion of Allotment 16, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland.

Also the southern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city, known as Hargreaves Street, fronting Lot 33 of a subdivision of portion of Allotment 16, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143594, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring That Croisilles - French Pass Road Board Shall Exercise the Powers of a Harbour Board Within the Limits of the Port or Harbour of French Pass

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of June 1954

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS, by Order in Council dated the 16th day of December 1936, it was declared that the French Pass Road Board should exercise the powers of a harbour board within the limits of the port or harbour of French Pass:

And whereas, by Order in Council dated the 23rd day of September 1953, the French Pass and Croixelles Road Districts were abolished from the 30th day of September 1953, and the Croiselles - French Pass Road District was constituted on the 1st day of October 1953:

And whereas it is desirable to declare that the Croisilles - French Pass Road Board shall exercise the powers of a harbour board within the limits of the port or harbour of French Pass:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 141 of the Road Boards Act 1908 and the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares:

  1. That the Order in Council declaring that the French Pass Road Board should exercise the powers of a harbour board within the limits of the port or harbour of French Pass, made on the 16th day of December 1936, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 1 of the 8th day of January 1937, at page 9, is hereby revoked.

  2. That the Croisilles - French Pass Road Board shall exercise the powers of a harbour board within the limits of the port or harbour of French Pass.

  3. (a) All property, real and personal, belonging to the French Pass Harbour Board is hereby vested in the Croisilles - French Pass Harbour Board.

(b) All rates and any other moneys whatsoever payable to the French Pass Harbour Board shall be payable to the Croisilles - French Pass Harbour Board.

(c) All proceedings pending by or against the French Pass Harbour Board may be carried on or prosecuted by or against the Croisilles - French Pass Harbour Board.

(d) All debts, liabilities, and engagements of the French Pass Harbour Board shall be debts, liabilities, and engagements of the Croisilles - French Pass Harbour Board.

  1. The limits of the harbour of French Pass shall be all those waters of the sea within a radius of one nautical mile from Collinet Point, as is shown on plan marked M.D. 7525, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 17 of the Housing Improvement Act 1945, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken as for a public work duly authorized by the said Public Works Act and for the purposes of Part I of the said Housing Improvement Act.

Authorizing the Banks Peninsula Electric Power Board to Erect and Use Electric Lines Within Part of the Heathcote County

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Banks Peninsula Electric Power Board (hereinafter with its successors and assigns referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use electric lines within the area of supply described in the Schedule hereto; and further, for the purposes of section 76 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, subject to the said conditions, hereby authorizes the licensee to construct electric works within the said area of supply.


CONDITIONS

IMPLIED CONDITIONS

  1. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.

LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS

  1. The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1934, and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.

SYSTEM OF SUPPLY

  1. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (c), (d), (e), and (f) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.

DURATION OF LICENCE

  1. This licence shall, unless sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 25th day of October 1963.

AREA OF SUPPLY

ALL that portion of the Heathcote County described in the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 23rd day of February 1954, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 4th day of March 1954 at page 333.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Auckland Electric Power Board Act 1921-22, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Auckland Electric Power Board (hereinafter with its successors and assigns referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto; and further, for the purposes of section 51 of the Auckland Electric Power Board Act 1921-22, subject to the said conditions, hereby authorizes the licensee to construct the electric works described in the Schedule hereto.
