APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 36 acres 4 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 2488, being part Rural Section 1156, situated in Blocks IX and X, Christchurch Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 343, folio 22 (Canterbury Land Registry).

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of December 1924, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 81 of the 11th day of the same month at page 2898, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 1482, defining the middle line of portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 2 roods 1·79 perches.
