Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 38·96 perches.
Being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 17128, being part subdivision A, Manchester Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 566, folio 169 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in Block XIV, Oroua Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of June 1954.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of June 1954
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the 17th day of June 1953, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz--
'The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in Wellington City, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the southern side of the portion of Vivian Street adjoining Lot 24, Deeds Plan 29, being all (or part) of the land in certificate of title, Volume 340, folio 255 (limited), Wellington Registry, as is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto.'
SCHEDULE
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Vivian Street, fronting Lot 24, Deeds Plan 29, being part Section 239, Town of Wellington.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143370, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to notice of building-line restriction No. K. 31994 (Wellington Land Registry), to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948, subject to the aforesaid restriction.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 33·42 perches.
Being Lot 4, D.P. 15326, being part Section 56, Hutt District, situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District, City of Lower Hutt, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 578 folio 39 (Wellington Land Registry).

Authorizing the Laying-off of Neave Place in the Borough of Taradale, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 15 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1953 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Taradale Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land adjoining the said street within a distance of 40 ft., from the centre line of the said street.
