Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of
June 1954.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 0·3 perch.
Being part Lot 17, D.P. 8374, being part Allotment 38A,
Wairau Parish.
Situated in Block VIII, Waipu Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 36679.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
143274, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
