A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of June 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
1 rood 18 perches.
Being the land below mean high water mark (Wainui Stream).
Situated in Block VI, Aongatete Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34706.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141578, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of June 1954.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of a post office, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of June 1954.

Being part Lot 1 of Allotment 38A, Wairau Parish.
Situated in Block VIII, Waipu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36679.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143274, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mount Roskill as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of June 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 10·4 perches.
Being Lot 6, D.P. 39777, being part Allotments 118 and 119, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, and being formerly part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 722, folio 50 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Mount Roskill.
