in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of June 1954.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143309, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of June 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 37·7 perches.

Being Lot 8, D.P. 1971, part Tokomaru A Block, and Section 2x, now closed road, Block VIII, Tokomaru Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 77, folio 198, and Volume 108, folio 181, (Gisborne Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of June 1954.

Being part Section 7 (Dashwood Farm Settlement).

Situated in Block XIV, Taylor Pass Survey District. (S.O. 4173.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by James Johnson McGill, of Arapuni, Butcher, and under virtue of Education Reserve Lease No. 1376, Volume 1074, folio 73 (Auckland Land Registry), is hereby taken for the development of water power (Arapuni Scheme).
