PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 8 acres.
Being part Lot 21, D.P. 1009, being part Rural Section 3159. Situated in the Borough of Geraldine and Block VI, Geraldine Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8611.) In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143275, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of May 1954.
