Land Taken, Subject as to Part to Certain Drainage Easements, for Housing Purposes in the City of Palmerston North

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land first and secondly described in the said Schedule to the drainage easement created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 197935, and subject as to the land thirdly described in the said Schedule to the drainage easement, created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 206557 (Wellington Land Registry), and subject as to the land fourthly described in the said Schedule to the drainage easements created by Memoranda of Transfers Nos. 197935 and 206557 (Wellington Land Registry), for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for hospital purposes and shall vest in the Southland Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1954.
