Sale of Unclaimed Property
IT is hereby notified that unclaimed property in the hands
of the police at Auckland, Hamilton, Gisborne, Palmerston
North, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Timaru, and Inver-
cargill stations will, if not claimed before Saturday, 6 February
1954, be sold thereafter by public auction.
Particulars as to the time and place of sale may be
obtained from the Superintendent or Inspector of Police in
charge of the District.

Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under
Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor Spirit
P. G. P. Milligan, 46 Nancy Avenue, St Albans, Christ-
church, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from
one pump to be installed on service-station and garage
premises at 46 Nancy Avenue, St Albans, Christchurch.
Cameron and Kirkman, Ltd., Main Taupo Road, Tokoroa,
has applied for permission to change the retail selling point
of two pumps from present position off Taupo Road, Tokoroa,
to a new site half a mile distant on the opposite side of the
road near the corner of Logan Street, Tokoroa.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to
be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of
Industry on these applications should, not later than 28 Janu-
ary 1954, submit any written evidence and representations
they may desire to tender. All communications should be
addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492,
Wellington.
