The Papatoetoe Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1954
PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations 1949,* the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Papatoetoe Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1954.
-
There is hereby constituted a local licensing Trust, to be called the Papatoetoe Licensing Trust.
-
(1) The first election of members of the Trust shall be held on Saturday, the 20th day of February 1954.
(2) The Returning Officer for the first election of members of the Trust shall be Bertram Matthew Wilmshurst, Town Clerk of the Papatoetoe Borough Council.
-
The area within which polls shall be taken for elections of members of the Trust shall be the whole of the area within the boundaries of the Borough of Papatoetoe as from time to time constituted.
-
The area within which the Trust may expend or distribute profits pursuant to subsection (1) of section 44 of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949 shall be the whole of the area within the boundaries of the Borough of Papatoetoe as from time to time constituted.

Honey Marketing Authority Election (Ag. 5572)
PURSUANT to clause 5 of the Honey Marketing Authority Regulations 1953, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons deemed eligible to vote for the election of four producers’ representatives to the Honey Marketing Authority, together with the number of votes allotted to each voter, is now open for inspection during official hours at the undermentioned office of the Department of Agriculture, Marketing Division, Wellington, and also at the following post offices: Kaikohe, Dargaville, Kaitaia, Whangarei, Warkworth, Auckland, Huntly, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Te Aroha, Whakatane, Gisborne, Napier, Hastings, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Levin, Masterton, Blenheim, Nelson, Motueka, Kaikoura, Westport, Greymouth, Hokitika, Christchurch, Ashburton, Geraldine, Timaru, Waimate, Oamaru, Roxburgh, Dunedin, Balclutha, Gore, and Invercargill.
The roll will be available for public inspection up to and including the 20th day of January 1954.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, P.O. Box 1500, Wellington. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than midday on 22 February 1954, and must be accompanied by a deposit of £3.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Mohaka Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 29th day of September 1933 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 69 of 5 October 1933 at page 2482, whereby the provision of subsection (3) of section 523 of the Maori Land Act 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936) were applied to, inter alia, the said land.
SCHEDULE
That area in the Tuira whiti Maori Land Court District containing 30 acres 0 roods 4 perches, more or less, situated in Block XLI, Mohaka Survey District, being the land known as Mohaka A 29 and being part of the land formerly known as Mohaka 1A, 12B, and 12C Blocks. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked MA 64/5, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
