Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Westport

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th
day of January 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
1 rood 21Β·9 perches.
Being Lots 99 and 100, D.P. 4411, being part Section 1001,
Town of Westport, and being part of the land comprised
and described in certificate of title, Volume 119, folio 49
(Nelson Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Westport.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 23rd day of December 1953.
