Class E goods, which by reason of their weight are charged Class E plus 50 per cent, will be charged Class E with the small-lots scale as a minimum, provided the aggregate weight of all the consignments in the wagon is not less than 5 tons 10 cwt.
Gore . . Riccarton 112s. 3d. per ton. Minimum quantity, 5 tons 10 cwt. per four-wheeled wagon.
Dunedin Creamota, Milk Oaties, Heart O’Wheat, and Oatie Nuts 55s. 7d. per ton. Minimum quantity, 5 tons 10 cwt. per four-wheeled wagon.
Bluff . . 40s. per ton. Minimum quantity, 5 tons 10 cwt. per four-wheeled wagon.
Invercargill Christchurch . . Preserved milk, reduced cream, “Milo,” and “Coffee and Milk,” packed direct ex-factory 123s. per ton. Minimum quantity, 8 tons per four-wheeled wagon.
Dunedin and stations south thereof Ice-cream conveyed by express or passenger trains when accommodation is available in the Guards’ vans of such trains Classified C rate.
Classes C, D, and G, n.o.s., ex-ship 24s. 4d. per ton, including handling at ship’s side. The charges will be computed in accordance with reg. 127, General Scale of Charges. Small lots will be charged as follows :
