A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of May 1954.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of May 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 25.9 perches.
Being part Section 169, Hutt District.
Situated in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142448, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre 7.2 perches.
Being road in Proclamation No. 1905 (Southland Land Registry), being formerly part Sections 7 and 9.
Situated in Block VIII, Town of Mataura (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 5611.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120666, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 4th day of May 1954.

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 2 acres 39.3 perches.
Adjoining Lot 3 and part Lot 2, D.P. 26890, being part Kioreroa Block.
Situated in Block XVI, Purua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 38087.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143076, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of May 1954.
