Land Taken, Subject as to Part to a Pipe-line Easement, for a Public School in Blocks VI and VII, Titirangi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land first and secondly described in the said Schedule to the pipe-line easement created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 191692 (Auckland Land Registry), for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of May 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of May 1954.
