A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928,
I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare
the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act 1948.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be
Crown land: 2 roods 25 perches.
Being part Section 4.
Situated in Block I, Whangape Survey District (Auckland

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is

and the portion of public domain secondly described in the
said Schedule, and the public reserve thirdly described in the
said Schedule, are hereby set apart for a technical school; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 10th day of May 1954.
