Revoking the Reservation Over Land in Canterbury Land District Reserved for Plantation Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 15 of the Selwyn Plantation Board Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the reservation for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
Lot 1, Deposited Plan No. 16752, being part Reserve 1579, situated in Block VIII, Christchurch Survey District: Area, 5 acres and 30.4 perches, more or less. Balance certificate of title, Volume 459, folio 229.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1954.

Land Subject to the Housing Act 1919 Declared Crown Land Available for Reservation Under the Land Act 1948

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
Lot 5, Deposited Plan No. 14682, being part Rural Section 76, situated in City of Christchurch: Area, 3 roods 33.7 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 510, folio 296.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 38.84 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 16316, being part of Section 14, Hutt District, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 468, folio 64 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of May 1954.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 3 roods 32.3 perches.
Being part Orakei Block in Proclamation 13360.
Situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36793.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134913, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of April 1954.
