Additional Land Taken for a Public School in Block XIII, Waihou Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 2 acres 13·7 perches.
Being part Section 5.

Situated in Block XIII, Waihou Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30552.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142963, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of April 1954.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a University college; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 0·09 of a perch.
Being part Section 42.

Situated in Block XXIX, Town of Dunedin (City of Dunedin), (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11724.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141247, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Land Taken, Subject to Certain Easements and to a Building-line Restriction, for Housing Purposes in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, and Previous Proclamation Revoked

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 14th day of January 1954 and published in the Gazette No. 6 of the 21st day of January 1954 at page 96, taking land, subject to certain easements and to a building-line restriction, for housing purposes in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, subject as to the land described in the said First Schedule to the batter rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 88637 (Taranaki Land Registry), and subject also to the drainage and incidental rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 88638 (Taranaki Land Registry), and subject as to the land described in the said Second Schedule to the building-line restriction imposed by Memorandum of Acceptance No. W. 6937 (Taranaki Land Registry); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1954.

FIRST SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 27 acres 3 roods 6 perches.

Being part Lot 2, D.P. 6162, being part Section 165, Grey District.

Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8613.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142112, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 22·99 perches.

Being Lot 2, D.P. 7242, being part Section 165, Grey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 154, folio 203 (Taranaki Land Registry).

Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of April 1954.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Housing Purposes in Block I, Taylor Pass Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is taken for housing purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land and to convey water through the said pipes, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1954.

FIRST SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 20 perches.

Being part Lot 1, D.P. 779, being part Section 15, Block I, Omaka Registration District; coloured sepia.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land over which an easement is taken: 7·3 perches.

Being part Lot 1, D.P. 779, being part Section 15, Block I, Omaka Registration District; coloured blue.

All situated in Block I, Taylor Pass Survey District. (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 4155.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142619, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of April 1954.
