Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 119 acres, more or less, being Allotment 139, Hikurangi Parish, and being formerly part of Allotment 60, Hikurangi Parish, situated in Block V, Purua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 9/30, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. plan 24041.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of April 1954.

Land Taken for a Public School in Block XIII, Motuotaraia Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1954.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 36 perches.
Being part of Block 34, Porangahau Crown Grant District. Situated in Block XIII, Motuotaraia Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2744.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142991, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of April 1954.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1954.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 32·17 perches.
Being Lot 38, D.P. 13674 (Town of Paraparaumu Beach Extension No. 18), being part Ngarara West B No. 7, Subdivision 3, and being the whole of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 528, folio 120 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in Block III, Kapiti Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of April 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1954.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 26·7 perches.
Being part Lots 193 and 194, D.P. 928, being part Suburban Section 31, Town of Wanganui, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 119, folio 197 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Wanganui.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of April 1954.
