A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 17 perches. Being part Section 45.

Situated in Block XI, New River Hundred (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 6161.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142962, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of April 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods 18·2 perches.

Being part Sections 11 and 11A, District of Suburban North.

Situated in Block IX, Wakapuaka Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9850.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143001, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1·5 perches.

Being Lot 3 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland as number S. 2564, being part Lot 1, D.P. 4116, being part Pukenui No. 20 No. 5 Block, situated in the Otanake Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 173, folio 261 (Auckland Land Registry).

Situated in the Borough of Te Kuiti.
