Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1925—Proposed
Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union
PURSUANT to section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation
and Arbitration Act 1925, it is hereby notified that the
registration of the Ohinemuri Mines and Batteries Employees’
(Other than Engineers, Engine Drivers and Firemen)
Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 863, situated
at Waihi, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be
cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date of
publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953 (Bay of Islands Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 33C of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part XXIV
of the said Act.

to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice
is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate
of title on the expiration of fourteen days from the date

containing this notice.
