A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of April 1954.

Being Lot 14, D.P. 10409, being Sections 6 and 8, Block VII, Kumeu Survey District, and part Waikoukou No. 2 Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 249, folio 137 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of April 1954.

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142938, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
